Terms and Conditions (HalalVPN)

Welcome to HalalVPN (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using HalalVPN, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HalalVPN, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent if under 16. You also confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

2. Description of Service

HalalVPN provides secure virtual private network (VPN) services, AI-driven content filtering, and family protection tools designed to offer privacy and faith-based digital safety. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or specific results. 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use HalalVPN lawfully and ethically. You must not: 

  • Violate local, national, or international laws. 
  • Use HalalVPN for illegal activities (e.g., hacking, harassment, or fraud). 
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer our filters or software. 
  • Share, sell, or misuse your subscription credentials. 

HalalVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited conduct. 

4. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. 

5. Subscription and Payments

HalalVPN operates on a tiered subscription model. Payment details are processed securely through approved third-party gateways (App Store, Google Play, or payment processors). Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds follow each platform’s policy. 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property including software, trademarks, content, and design is the property of HalalVPN or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described therein. 

8. Service Modifications

HalalVPN may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting damages or loss of data. 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalalVPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, data leaks, or third-party actions. 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HalalVPN, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. 

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
